In CleanTasker, templates are used to standardise inspections across your sites. There are two types of templates: Company Templates and Site Templates. Understanding the difference will help you decide when to use each.
Company Templates
What are they?
Company Templates are general inspection templates that can be used across multiple sites.
When to use them:
Use Company Templates when you have a standard inspection that applies to more than one Site.
How they work:
Company Templates are not scheduled. Managers can access and complete these inspections at any time when they are on-site.

Site Templates
What are they?
Site Templates are site-specific inspection templates that are only available for a particular site.
When to use them:
Use Site Templates when an inspection is unique to a specific site or requires site-specific criteria.
How they work:
Site Templates are scheduled inspections. You must assign a user and set a frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) for the inspection to appear and be completed.
