Creating and Assigning Jobs on the Mobile App

Managers can create and assign jobs directly from the mobile app. This allows you to schedule one-off cleaning jobs and allocate them to the appropriate team member at a specific site.

How to Create and Assign a Job

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Tap the Sites tab.
  3. Select the relevant site.
  4. Tap Jobs.
    Here, you will see any existing jobs already assigned to the site.
  5. Tap the + (plus) icon in the bottom right corner.
  6. Enter the required job details and select a start date.
  7. Assign the job to a user.
  8. Tap Submit to create and allocate the job.

Notes

  • Jobs can be used for one-off tasks.
  • Once submitted, the assigned user will be able to view the job in their mobile app.
