Enable Push Notifications for Ad-hoc Job Assignments

Stay on top of urgent and one-off cleaning tasks by enabling push notifications for ad-hoc job assignments. This feature ensures staff are notified promptly when a new job is allocated to them.

The Ad-hoc Job Push Notification feature alerts staff when they are assigned a new ad-hoc or special clean job. Notifications are sent within 15 minutes of the job being assigned, helping ensure tasks are completed on time.

How to Enable Ad-hoc Job Push Notifications

  1. From the homepage, click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner to open Management.

  2. On the Management page, click Company in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Settings tab.

  4. Scroll to the Push Notifications section.

  5. Enable Ad-hoc Job Push Notifications.

What Happens Next?

  • When the Ad-hoc Job Push Notifications are enabled, staff will receive a push notification on their mobile device within 15 minutes of being assigned an ad-hoc job.

  • The notification alerts them to review and complete the job on the assigned date

  • This helps ensure urgent or one-off cleaning tasks are not missed
