How Managers Can Create and Manage Client Requests

How to create, view, and manage client requests in CleanTasker, including submitting issues, adding attachments, and exporting data.

Access Client Requests

  • From the homepage, select Client Requests from the main navigation bar.

Create a New Client Request

  • Click the Create New button.
  • Select the request type:
    • Cleaning Issue

    • Other Issue

  • Fill in all required details:

    • Site

    • Title

    • Description

    • Priority

  • Upload files if required.
  • Click Create to submit the request.

View and Manage Client Requests

Click on any request from the Client Requests list to:

  • View request details
  • Send messages
  • Add attachments

Export Client Requests

  • Client request data can be exported in both PDF and Excel formats.
