How to create, view, and manage client requests in CleanTasker, including submitting issues, adding attachments, and exporting data.
- Access Client Requests
- Create a New Client Request
- View and Manage Client Requests
- Export Client Requests
Access Client Requests

From the homepage, select Client Requests from the main navigation bar.

Create a New Client Request
- Click the Create New button.
- Select the request type:

Cleaning Issue

Other Issue

Fill in all required details:

Site
-
Title
-
Description
-
Priority
-
- Upload files if required.
- Click Create to submit the request.


View and Manage Client Requests
Click on any request from the Client Requests list to:
- View request details
- Send messages
- Add attachments


Export Client Requests

Client request data can be exported in both PDF and Excel formats.
