How to Create Client Requests
How to create, view, and manage client requests in CleanTasker, including submitting issues, adding attachments, and exporting data.
Clients can submit requests through the portal to notify the cleaning company of any issues or service needs.
Access Client Requests

From the homepage, select Client Requests from the main navigation bar.
Create a New Client Request
- Click the Create New button.

- Select the request type:

Cleaning Issue
-
Other Issue
-

Fill in all required details:

Request Type – Select the appropriate category for the issue.

Site – Choose the relevant site or location.

Title – Enter a short, clear summary of the issue.

Description – Provide detailed information about the request.

Priority – Select the urgency level.
-
Attachments – Upload any relevant photos to help clarify the issue.

Tip: Providing clear descriptions and photos helps the cleaning team respond more efficiently.
- Click Save to create the request.

Once submitted, the cleaning company will be notified and can begin addressing the issue.
You will receive an email notification once the issue has been resolved.
View Client Requests
You can filter the displayed data to focus on specific information:

Date range – View client requests within a specific period.
-
Status – Open or closed client requests.

Click on any request from the Client Requests list to:
- View request details
- Send messages
- Add attachments
