How to Change a User’s Password (Manager Guide)

As a manager, you have permission to reset a user’s password if they are unable to access their account.

Follow the steps below to change a user’s password.

Step 1: Access User Management

  1. From the Homepage, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Management.

  2. On the Management page, select Users from the left-hand menu.

  3. Locate the user in the list.

    • You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific user.

Step 2: Open the User Profile

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the user’s name.

  2. The Edit User window will open.

Step 3: Change the Password

  1. Under the Details tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Change Password.

  3. Enter the new password.

  4. Click Change Password again to confirm.

The user’s password will now be updated.

Important

After resetting the password, inform the user of their new login details and advise them to change their password after logging in for security purposes.
