How to Check-In or Clock-In to a Site
Learn how to check-in or clock-in to your assigned sites using CleanTasker on your device.
Find Your Assigned Site

On the Home page, you’ll see nearby sites you’ve been assigned when you’re close to them.

The Check-In button appears automatically when you are within the designated range.
If you don’t see your site on the Home page, go to the Sites page. All your assigned sites will appear there, regardless of your location.

First-Time Location Permission
On your first check-in, you’ll be prompted to set Location Access to Always Allow.
This is required for the check-in feature to work correctly.


Checking In Using NFC

If the site has an NFC card, tap the back of your phone on the card, similar to making a contactless payment.
Checking In Using QR Code

If NFC isn’t working, you can check in using the QR code.

Important: QR check-in should only be used as a backup option. Your site manager will have all the information about the method of Clock-In.
Troubleshooting

Check-In button disabled? You may be outside the site boundary or location access is not enabled.

Ensure your phone’s location permission is set to Always Allow.

Make sure you’re within the correct range of the site.
Tips for a Smooth Check-In

Keep Location Services enabled while using the app.

Always try NFC check-in first, using the QR code only if needed.

Refresh the Home or Sites page if a site doesn’t appear.
