This guide shows managers how to assign jobs directly to specific cleaners, improving accountability and ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and easy to track.   #### Managing Task Settings Managers can configure how jobs are assigned within the application through the Company Settings page. By enabling job allocation to individuals you assign tasks to specific cleaners. ### How to Access Company Settings 1. From the homepage, click the **gear-shaped icon** in the top-right corner to open **Management**. 2. On the Management page, click **Company** in the left-hand menu. 3. Navigate to the **Settings** tab to manage default application settings. 4. On the Settings page, locate **Task Settings**. ![](https://help.cleantasker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-13-2026-11-14-09-9471-PM.png?width=670&height=361&name=image-png-Apr-13-2026-11-14-09-9471-PM.png) ### Configuring Job Allocation Within **Task Settings**, you can control how jobs are assigned: - **Allow Job Allocation to Individuals** Enable this option to assign jobs directly to individual users. **Important:** Once this setting is enabled, jobs can still be assigned at a site-level. In the navigation bar, click **Tasks**. 2. From the drop-down menu, select **Jobs**. 3. In the **Create Task** window, fill in the required task details. - Once a site is selected, the **Allocate To** field can be used to assign an individual. 5.
