How to Enable and Assign Periodical Tasks to Individual Users

Managing Task Settings
Managers can configure how jobs are assigned within the application through the Company Settings page. By enabling job allocation to individuals you assign periodic tasks to specific cleaners.
How to Access Company Settings

From the homepage, click the gear-shaped icon in the top-right corner to open Management.

On the Management page, click Company in the left-hand menu.

Navigate to the Settings tab to manage default application settings.

On the Settings page, locate Task Settings.

Configuring Job Allocation
Within Task Settings, you can control how jobs are assigned:

Allow Job Allocation to Individuals
Enable this option to assign jobs directly to individual users.Important:
Once this setting is enabled, jobs can still be assigned at a site-level. Assigning a task to an individual is optional.
Once Allow Job Allocation to Individuals is enabled, you can assign periodical tasks directly to cleaners when creating a task.
Steps to Create and Assign a Periodical Task
- In the navigation bar, click Tasks.
- From the drop-down menu, select Checklists.
- On the left-hand side of the page, click Periodical Tasks.
- Click Create New on the right-hand side of the page.

- In the Create Task window, fill in the required task details.
- Once a site is selected, the Allocate To field can be used to assign an individual.
- Click the Allocate To drop-down menu and select the cleaner you want to assign the task to.

- Once all details are completed, click Save to create the task.
