# How To View Inspections

#### Access the Inspections Page

1. From the homepage, select **Inspections** from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. You’ll be taken to the **Inspection Allocations** page, where all scheduled and completed inspections are listed.

#### Customise Your View

On the Inspections page, you can adjust how inspections are displayed:

- Use the Calendar view or List view options on the right-hand side of the page.
- Optionally, refine your results by selecting:
  
    - Date range 
    - Report status

These filters help you quickly find specific inspections.

View an Inspection Report

Once inspections have been scheduled, they will appear on the Inspections page:

- Green icon — Completed inspection
- Red icon — Incomplete inspection

To view an inspection report:

1. Select the **status icon** next to the desired inspection.
2. The inspection report will open.

#### Export an Inspection Report to PDF

While viewing a **completed **inspection report:

1. Select **Export** on the right-hand side of the page.
2. The report will be downloaded as a PDF file.
