How to View and Export Facility Reports

This report allows you to view and manage all facility-related issues submitted across sites. You can review detailed reports, filter results to find specific issues, and export individual reports as a PDF for record-keeping or sharing.

 

Viewing and Exporting Facility Reports

Accessing Facility Reports

  1. From the homepage, click Reports in the top navigation bar.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Facility Reports.

  3. The Facility Reports page displays a list of all submitted reports.

    The table includes:

    • Site

    • Area

    • Facility

    • Component

    • Issue Description

    • Date

    • Reported By

    • Photos

    Filtering Results

    1. You can refine the results using the available filters:

      • Filter by Client

      • Filter by Site

      • Filter by Date Range

    Viewing Report Details

    1. Click on any facility report to open the Facility Report Details page and view more information.

    Exporting a Report

    1. On the Facility Report Details page, click the Export button in the top-right corner to download the report as a PDF file.
