How to Manage Tasks for a Specific Site

This article explains how to add, edit, and delete task allocations for a particular site.

Access Task Allocations

  1. From the homepage, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Management.

  2. On the Management page, select Task Allocations from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the relevant Client Name.

  4. Click the desired Site Name.

Add a New Task

If the required area does not already exist under the site:

  • Click Add Area at the bottom-left of the page.

  • Enter the area details and save.



  1. Within the desired area, click Add New Item.

  2. In the Create Task Allocation window, complete the following fields:

    • Task frequency

    • Title

    • Description

    • Photo evidence required

  3. Click Save to add the new task.

Edit an Existing Task

  1. Locate the task you want to update.

  2. Click the pencil icon to the right of the item.

  3. Update the required details.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Delete a Task

  1. Locate the task you want to remove.

  2. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the item.

  3. Confirm the deletion.
