Push Notifications for Missed Clock-Ins

Stay on top of missed shifts with automated push notifications. When no cleaners clock in within 30 minutes of the expected start time, Area Managers are instantly alerted so they can take action and keep operations running smoothly.

The No Clock-Ins Notification feature helps ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time by alerting managers when no staff have clocked in as expected.

When enabled, the system will:

  • Monitor the expected shift start time

  • Check if any cleaners have clocked in within 30 minutes of that time

  • Automatically send a push notification to Area Managers if no clock-ins are detected

How It Works

  • You set an expected shift start time

  • The system allows a 30-minute window

  • If no cleaner clocks in during that window a push notification is sent to Area Managers

How to Enable Push Notifications

  1. From the homepage, click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Management

  2. On the Management page, click Company in the left-hand menu

  3. Select the Settings tab

  4. Under Default Clock-In Settings, enable:
    No Clock-Ins Notification

  5. Enter the expected shift start time for cleaners

Important Notes

  • The notification is only triggered if no users clock in within 30 minutes of the set time

  • Notifications are sent to Area Managers only

  • This setting is at a company level and applies to all sites

  • Ensure managers have push notifications enabled on their mobile devices to receive alerts
