How to Reset Your Password

Reset Password

Go to the Login page
Open the app or website and navigate to the Login page. -
Click “Forgot password?”
This link is located below the password field.

Enter your username
Use the username associated with your account, then submit the form. -
Check your email inbox
You’ll receive a password reset email shortly.-
If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Make sure the email address was entered correctly.

Follow the reset link
Click the link in the email and create a new password when prompted. -
Log in with your new password
Return to the Login page and sign in using your updated password.
