If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in, you can reset it in just a few minutes by following the steps below.

Reset Password

1. Go to the Login page
   Open the app or website and navigate to the Login page.

2. Click “Forgot password?”
   This link is located below the password field.

   

3. Enter your username
   Use the username associated with your account, then submit the form.

4. Check your email inbox
   You’ll receive a password reset email shortly.

   • If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

   • Make sure the email address was entered correctly.

5. Follow the reset link
   Click the link in the email and create a new password when prompted.

6. Log in with your new password
   Return to the Login page and sign in using your updated password.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password

• Use at least 8 characters

• Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

• Add numbers or special characters (like ! or @)

• Avoid using easily guessed information (name, birthday, etc.)

Troubleshooting

• Didn’t receive the email?

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox

  • Check Spam or Junk folders

  • Try requesting the reset again

• Reset link doesn’t work?

  • Password reset links may expire for security reasons

  • Request a new password reset if the link is no longer valid
