What to Do If You Cannot Log In

This guide walks you through common login issues, password resets, account activation, and how to contact support.

Double-Check Your Login Details

Before trying anything else, make sure:

  • Your username is spelled correctly

  • Caps Lock is turned off

  • You’re using the correct login page for the application

  • There are no extra spaces before or after your email or password

If you use a password manager, try manually typing your credentials to rule out any autofill issues.

One email can have more than one account. Be sure to use your username when logging in.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or it’s not being accepted:

  1. Go to the Login page

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the username associated with your account

  4. Check the inbox of the email address associated with your account for a password reset email

    • Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder

Follow the link in the email to create a new password, then try logging in again.

Make Sure Your Account Is Active

If you’re still unable to log in, your account may not be active yet.

This can happen if:

  • You haven’t completed account verification

  • Your account was deactivated or suspended

  • You were invited to the platform but didn’t finish setup

Check your email for any activation or verification messages. If you’re part of a team account, confirm with your admin that your access is enabled.
